- We do require contracts for all retaining wall installations. This to keep our clients safe and to disclose warranty and payment terms for the project. Contracts help ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of the scope of work, timelines, and responsibilities.

- The maximum height of a retaining wall varies by stone type and design and area it is to be installed. Gravity retaining walls can be constructed up to 4 feet. Walls taller than that require engineering of both the wall, and the soil below.

- Retaining walls are typically constructed of concrete retaining wall blocks. These blocks are held together with either adhesive or a special pin locking system. Other retaining wall construction methods consist of boulders, and railroad tie. Railroad ties are not recomended!
- How long does it take to install a retaining wall?
- How long a project takes depends of many factors including wall height and length and site access. Most typical retaining wall installations take 2-5 days from start to finish.
- Is a deposit required for installing a retaining wall?
- Once you have accepted an estimate to install a retaining wall, we do require a 50% deposit upon acceptance to add your project to our schedule. This deposit can be made via credit/debit card or via check.
